Referrals

Our referral department will verify insurance requirements and schedule appointments with specialists as the physician's order.

Our referral coordinators will assist you with making appointments for outside tests and specialists. You may contact them directly at 704-384-1925. If your insurance plan requires a referral or pre-authorization, they will obtain it. If it's not required, you may be given information to make your own appointment at a time that is most suitable for you. Please allow us 72 hours when an authorization must be obtained. Retroactive referrals are not permitted.
