How to reach us
You may reach our office anytime by calling 704-384-1925 during open office hours from Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. Walk in appointments are available from 8:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. and 1:45 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.
After hours support
We ask that routine questions, prescription refills and appointments be made during regular business hours. For a life-threatening emergency, call 9-1-1 immediately. For other urgent needs after normal office hours, calls will be answered by the after-hours triage support team.
We welcome new patients! We would be delighted to meet your healthcare needs. On your first visit, we ask you to arrive 30 minutes early to fill out registration and medical history forms. Please bring your insurance card, your driver’s license or another form of identification, any medications you are currently taking and any co-payment or insurance deductible that applies. Having your previous medical records sent to us prior to your visit will aid the physician with your treatment.
Please bring your insurance card with you for each appointment. All insurance copayments and deductibles are due at time of service. Copays will be collected before you are seen. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for the check in process.
Making & canceling appointments
It is very important to call ahead when scheduling an appointment. We do require a 24-hour notice for cancellations and it is essential that you arrive on time for your appointment. You will receive a reminder call 1 to 2 days prior to your appointment. Please listen carefully to the information and respond to us if necessary. Failure to do so may result in your appointment having to be rescheduled.
