School & sports physicals

Information on physicals you may need for school or college enrollment and sports.

If you will be enrolling in a school or college that requires an entrance examination, we can provide this service and complete any associated paperwork. We can also perform sports physicals or clear you to join an exercise program. We offer a full range of immunizations, which are often required for these types of exams. Examples include flu, pneumonia, tetanus, MMR, hepatitis A & B shots as well as others. When requesting any immunization you will need to bring in your complete immunization record to the appointment. If records are not available, blood titers may be required before administration of immunizations. Please call our appointment desk should you need to schedule one of these physicals.
